SpiritoSpeed RHA is a strong yeast strain isolated from sugar cane, ideally suited for fast and complete fermentation at high temperatures. It effectively lowers the pH level, reducing the risk of contamination, and produces a rich, complex aroma with floral, honey, and fruity notes. Specifically selected for pure sugar cane juice, it is perfectly suited to develop the unique character of rum.

DOSAGE: 20–100 g/hL
