Semi-automatic machine for hot or cold flling liquids in bags
Manually placing of the bag on filling position, manually opening the bag with the handle, machine will
automatically start the fill process, manually bag closing with the handle
Filling process consist of pre vacuum, to remove the all the air from the bag, product filling,posisbility
of nitrogen injecton after filling. All parameters are adjustable.
The system provides a repeatability of volumes with an error of +/- 0,5 %.
Volume calculating with paddle wheel flowmeter.
Buffer tank 60 L for juice.
Integrated hygienic type centrifugal pump.
External air compressor included
