ŠRAML Automatic pasteurizer PE200 (electric)

Pasteurizer with tube in a boiler heat exchanger, tube coil made of stainless steel is located in the boiler.

The pasteurizer consists of electric heater as energy source, a heat exchanger, a fully automatic touchscreen control system for the burner and a juice feed pump. All components are assembled on a stable stainless steel frame with adjustable feet.

Fully automated pasterization, cleaning and maintanince system with touchscreen.

Heating water is logically controlled based on product temperature and processing capacity.

Product pump is automatically regulated based on temperature to prevent the product exit with lower temperature as set.

Automatization with touchscreen assure easy, quick and effective cleaning procedure.
